Before joining Leader’s Gene Consulting, he had been successively served as Partner with Mercer Consulting, as GM of Willis Towers Watson HC Beijing Office, as Greater China Head of Leadership Consulting in Russell Reynolds, and CHRO with Cedar Holding, HRVP with ENN Group, two Fortune 500 companies.
Tony has published articles in Harvard Business Review Chinese version, CEIBS Business Review, etc. He also is a frequent speaker of some high-profile HR forums and events.

Tony Qiu has more than 20 years of experiences in human resources management and consulting area. He had been worked in global leading HR consulting companies, and later served as CHRO, HRVP positions in Fortune 500 companies. He delivers market-leading insight, in-depth HR knowledge and skills, best practice and solutions to clients.
Tony provided services to a variety of client entities including big SOE, POE, public companies and MNCs. He has good insight in Financial Services, Hi-Tech, FMCG, Internet, Manufacturing, Health and Medical, and Rel Estates industries.
