Prior to joining Leader's Gene Consulting, David worked as consultant, PM and director with global leading consulting firms including Corporate Value Associates、EY and Deloitte for about 12 years, and worked as BU head with Capvision, and he also cofounded and operated his own consulting firms for a couple of years.
Brief Introduction
David Pan has 17 years working experience in strategy & management consulting area. He had worked in global leading consulting firms for more than 12 years, couple of years as business leader in a fast growing private company, also as co-founder of his own consulting business. He had been committed to deliver solutions to client with real value creation, by combining his own business management and growth experience and in-depth know-how of different companies in China.
He has served different types of companies across a wide range of industries, including SOE, MNC, listed companies, leading POE, and investment institutions, from TMT & internet platforms, CGP &Retail, industrial goods & auto, finance institutions, and HC&LF, etc. The typical clients include AVIC Capital, CNBMC, MOUTAI, CMCC, ZPMC, SH Chengtou, SH Textile, SHBM,Unilever、P&G、MedTronic、MARS、Kone、CEVA、Nokia、OPPO、VIVO、Huawei、Yili、G7、Tongcheng Yilong、KSF、JD、Meituan、Baidu、Ali、Tencent、Shunfeng Express、Warburg Pincus, Hill House、Sequoia, etc.
David holds a master degree from Fudan Universitry and a bachelor degree from ECUST, both majored in Computer Science & Engineering.
