He has appeared on ABC News, CNN, AP Radio, and National Public Radio and his research has been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fortune, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times, and USA Today. In addition, more than 100 universities and 200 corporations have contacted him regarding his research findings.

Recently, he was elected Fellow by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology for his contributions to the science and practice of talent management.
