Mr. Wen was the COO and HR VP of Jackal Investment. Prior to that, Mr. Wen had been with Mercer Consulting for 11 years in the positions of North Asia HR Leader, Head of Mercer College and General Manager of South China. He also worked for KWG Property Group as the Group HR Leader. Earlier in his career, he had been with Pepsi for 7 years.
During his tenure with Mercer Consulting, Mr Wen was the Champion of the Mercer 3P system and IPE system and was responsible for internal knowledge transfer to Mercer consultants.
Brief Introduction
Mr. Wen has over 20 years working experience on human resource consulting , leadership consulting and corporate human resource management. He has rich knowledge and extensive experience of the HR practices and talent development practices in both MNCs and Local companies.
Mr. Wen has provided leadership and HR consulting services to a number of top clients in their industries, such as VolksWagen, Toshiba , Sony, Pepsi, Boehringer Ingelheim, AZ, Amway, Cisco, Huawei, ZTE, Baidu, Haier, Gree, EverbrightSecurities，Metlife，KWG Property, Shimao Group, China Telecom, through which he has gained rich experience in a wide range of human capital practices, including organization design and clarification, talent management, leadership development, Talent Review, Coaching, HR strategy, reward strategy, etc.
Mr. Wen graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree from Guangzhou Foreign Languages Institute and obtained the Economist Qualification.
