Before joining Leader's Gene Consulting, Vanessa used to work for local company as talent management leads, and also work for consulting firms including Korn Ferry, KeyLogic, etc.
Brief Introduction
Ms. Vanessa Qi is the senior consultant of Leader's Gene Consulting. She has more than 10 years of experience in the talent development field. She possesses solid experience from both top global HR consulting firms and inhouse OTD experiences. She is dedicated to helping global and Chinese companies become more effective through people development.
She has led the design and implementation of internal talent development projects, including but not limited to key talent skills certification projects, talent inventory projects, new manager development projects, and talent promotion initiatives.
Vanessa has rich consulting experience helping leading companies such as Home Depot, Vorwerk, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, CSL Behring, Manulife Insurance, Greenland Group, China Unicom, China Railway Construction Corporation, SAIC-GM Financial, SAIC Volkswagen Powertrain, China Merchants Bank, Construction Bank, China Minsheng Bank, GDS, Chongqing Wantai Group, Weilong Delicious Food, Erke, and Joeone, among other leading enterprises.
Vanessa has obtained professional certifications in the field of organizational and talent development, including TALENTx7® ,VERA8TM ,Decision Style,KFLA Certification, KFALP Certification, 360 Assessment and Feedback Certification, TTI DISC Certification, Job Evaluation Certification, and AACTP Action Learning Facilitator Certification.She also holds the certification of National Human Resource Management level two.
Vanessa holds an MBA degree and obtained her undergraduate degree both in English Language & Literature and Law from Xiamen University. She gained international experience through the one semester exchange program in Inha University.
She is fluent in both Chinese and English, holding a certificate for TEM-8.
