The VERA8™ Leadership Competency Assessment is based on the widely recognized partially ipsative forced-choiced method in the assessment industry in Europe and the United States, and is benchmarked against market talent data. The tool includes anti faking mechanism to ensure the reliability and validity of the assessment report. The assessment reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the participant's leadership competencies compared to the normative data. The assessment report can be customized to benchmark against the company’s existing leadership competency model, or invite all relevant leaders (decision makers) to define the competencies of the assessed individuals, so as to conduct differentiated analysis.

The online certification is divided into two stages:

The first stage is the self learning phase that includes a pre-course assessment and self-study micro-courses.

The cost for the first stage is 299 RMB per person.

The second stage is the certification phase that includes a written exam and one-on-one coaching/stimulation exercise with our consultant.

The certification fee of the second stage is 1499 RMB per person.

Upon passing both stage I and II, a certificate will be issued.

Note: The registrations per company is up to 5 people. Additionally, those who register for both the X7 and V8 dual-track courses will enjoy a discounted price of 499 RMB per person for the learning phase and 2499 RMB per person for the certification phase.
