Leadership Development Program

LeadersGene leadership development program (LDP), based on the 70-20-10 principles, is widely recognized approach to enhance leadership skills and help our client build up a leadership pipeline. The 70-20-10 principles suggest that 70% of learning / development comes from experiences & exposures, 20% from feedback and coaching, and 10% from formal training. Our leadership development program is designed to incorporate all three of these elements, providing clients with a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

The program we conduct is typically for a batch of around 20 high potential leaders, lasting for 3-9 months. It is highly customized for target group, and combine leadership assessment, 3-5 focused modules (developmental goals), follow-up by consultant/coach in the format of one-on-one or group coaching between modules.

A typical LeadersGene LDP design is composed of the following elements:

●     Competency Assessment, to identify the participant's strengths and areas for development, as well as receive feedback from their peers, managers, and other key stakeholders. This helps to set the goals for development and provide a baseline for measuring progress.

●    Formal training (10%) may include several sessions focused on key leadership competencies. These sessions can be delivered through classroom learning, workshops, seminars, or online training modules.

●    Coaching and Feedback (20%) may include regular coaching and mentoring sessions with experienced leaders within the organization. These sessions provide the participant with guidance and support as they work towards achieving their developmental goals.

●    Experiences & Exposure/Action Learning (70%). The Action Learning is our focused and workable solution, through our tailor-made design we aim to provide opportunities for the participants to apply their leadership skills in real business situations and gain valuable experience.
